- According to a recent report by ResearchAndMarkets, the global freight forwarding market is expected to increase to $191.71 billion this year. By 2026, the market is expected to increase to $220.34 billion at a compound annual growth rate of 3.5%.

- China’s gold imports from the major hub of Switzerland had a major increase in July, which signals that the Chinese gold demand is on the up after a long period of lockdowns. Nikos Kavalis, a managing director at consultancy Metals Focus Ltd., shared in an interview that “China has gone from a situation where everything was closed to things are back to semi-normality” he adds further that “The market’s still not great, but it’s definitely a lot better than it was in April”.
