In this position, you’ll coordinate a variety of senior level, challenging and comprehensive administrative and logistical tasks for these busy executives. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a complex executive Outlook calendar
  • Inbox management

Job Description

SupplyCaddy is seeking an organized, motivated, and energized Sales Operations Lead to join our team. This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to process and manage sales orders through proactive communication and scope management. Key Responsibilities

  • 5+ years of experience working as a lead or operations manager in a B2B sales-based environment
  • Serve as internal point person and knowledge expert on everything order related
  • Plan, coordinate and direct internal processes from order receipt to delivery including conferring with internal teams on order specs, production requirements, factories and suppliers, delivery needs, budgets, etc.
  • Manage order process to ensure timely deliveries
  • Monitor data accuracy on orders
  • Track suppliers, maintain customer records including spreadsheets and databases
  • Act as liaison between sales, management, finance, and operations to monitor on-time performance, order accuracy, and forecasting

Key Requirements

  • Self-starter with experience managing projects from start to finish
  • Pipeline management experience
  • Working knowledge of B2B sales and best practices
  • Be process focused, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects at once

Job Description

As a key member of the SupplyCaddy sales team, you will be responsible for structuring a sales strategy and building a network around our safety-related product line of masks, sanitizers, gloves, and other PPE. We are looking for individuals with an existing book of PPE leads or an established network of contacts in the medical device/healthcare/PPE sales sectors with a focus on B2B. There is no limit to your earning potential. We want you to hit the ground running and never look back.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation. Book and conduct calls/virtual, and in-person (when safe and feasible) meetings with executives, owners, purchasers, and other prospects
  • Business development. Identify/source leads through networking, referrals, creative sourcing, etc. Perform all necessary follow up including calls, emails, and creating/collaborating on pitch decks
  • Relationship management. Maintain relationships with clients and prospects through in depth understanding of their needs and SupplyCaddy’s product(s)
  • Sales strategy development. Support in the development of viable sales strategies around new, category-defining PPE products
 
Key Requirements
 
  • 8+ years of medical device/supply sales experience with a track record of achieving/surpassing goals and providing outstanding customer service
  • Familiarity with medical certification processes including FDA, NIOSH, and others is preferred.
  • Previous experience in medical consumable sales, nonwoven garments, PPE distribution and sales channel development in the medical and/or PPE fields
  • Large-scale B2B PPE sales involving deep customer engagement
  • Recorded history of networking and business development acumen
  • Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Willingness to take initiative and set aggressive goals
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong communications skills
  • Entrepreneurial/self-starter
  • Ability to travel nationally and internationally with short notice (when feasible)
