- According to a recent study by Near, 72% of respondents shared that they still like the more traditional waiter experience, while 17% liked QR code ordering and 18% preferred kiosk ordering. With this in mind, generational differences have a large influence in the way that customers prefer to order and dine and it’s something to keep an eye on.

- According to a recent report by Kostyo, Gen Z is more willing than any other age group to visit quick service restaurants and pay for fine dining restaurants/ experiences. Furthermore, Gen Z is more likely to order food via third-party delivery services and 26% plan to buy more items from these third-party delivery services. Gen Z is a huge market for QSR and a generation to start paying even more attention to.
