CEO of Bear Robotics, Juan Higueros, shared that “You’re going to see automation playing a huge role in the foodservice and hospitality space, both inside and out of the restaurant. If automation was a baseball game, I’d say we’re just now entering the second inning.” In the interview, Juan shared that drones flying through the sky with pizzas may seem unrealistic, but due to autonomous technology it’s not the unthinkable.
